Massage Therapy

Therapeutic massage therapy focuses on the soft tissues of the body (muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments).
Treatment includes: thorough intake/health history, assessment of injury/complaint, massage therapy treatment, recommendations for remedial exercises.

Kim Landry

Kim has been working as an RMT for 15+ years. After completing a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education and a Bachelor of Science from Queen’s University, Kim studied massage therapy at Sutherland Chan in Toronto. She specializes in deeper tissue massage and sports massage. When not massaging, Kim keeps herself busy being a wife, mom to her 3 boys, and competing in running, cycling, and duathlon events.
